Do I need an appointment?

Yes, you need an appointment in order for us to provide you with one-on-one consultation. We will never refuse walk-in’s if we have an available fitting room, but it can’t be guaranteed without an appointment.

How long is my appointment?

A typical bridal appointment is 2 hours. The length of all other types of appointment is an hour.

Can I bring others to the appointment?

Our room can accommodate about 3-4 people comfortably, not including the bride. We recommend bringing the people whose opinion matters most to you.

Do you carry plus sizes?

Our bridal dresses varies from sizes 8 - 26. However, most of our designers can accommodate up to size 32. Other dresses varies from sizes 0 - 24 with some styles available to be ordered in sizes 000 to 28.

What are the prices of the gowns?

Our bridal dresses range from approximately $500 - $3000. Prom dresses range from approximately $400 - $1200. Bridesmaids dresses range from approximately $200 - $400. Mothers-of-the-bride dresses range from approximately $150 - $900.

Do you sell dresses of the rack?

All of our sample dresses can be sell of the rack. Also, some of our designers are able to accommodate ordering on a shorter time frame.

How long will it take to to order a dress?

Most gowns can be ordered within 4 to 8 months. However, we recommend ordering your bridal dress 12 months prior to the wedding date.

Will I need alterations?

Alterations are required most of the time. We are happy to provide in house alterations with our own experienced seamstresses. Please schedule your 1st fitting at least 12-16 weeks before your event date. Prom fitting must be booked at the time of purchase.

Do I need to bring anything to my fittings?

Bring your shoes and any undergarments you will be wearing to your fitting to ensure accurate fit.

How much deposit do I need to put down to order my dress?

We require a 50% deposit at the time of purchase to place your order. Garments must be picked up and paid in full within 30 days of notification of dress arrival. We accept Visa, MasterCard, debit and cash.

What happens if I change my mind after ordering my dress?

All sales are final without any exception. There are no return or exchange on purchases, layaway and orders. Deposits are not refundable.

Do you offer a financing plan?

We offer a 30 days layaway plan with an initial 50% deposit at the time of purchase. If you are not able to pay the full amount within the 30 days period, you may be eligible to enter a payment plan agreement. Please contact us for more information about our payment plan.
