RETURN POLICY

All sales are FINAL. No return, exchange or store credit.

Eligible for refund on the full purchase price plus shipping costs if the item arrives different to the listing description or doesn't arrive at all.

The merchandise are authentic store samples and are in good condition unless stated otherwise.

Remember that these are new sample dresses, meaning they have never been worn but have been tried on by clients in our physical store. Minor defects will be reflected in the sale price. All of our products are hand made and minor imperfections are not considered defects. Defects include wear and tear, excessive missing beadings, color discrepancy and will be specified in the product description. If you chose to purchase a product, you therefore accept the condition stated of the product.

Sizing are based on the designer’s size chart and not on regular street clothes.

Measurements are provided under the description of each product to guide you with the sizing. You are responsible to determine if these measurements will fit you. Ilise Boutique is not responsible for any error on measurements taken by yourself or a third party. If you are not sure how to take your measurements, please refer to our section “Measurements” or visit a professional in your area. Please remember that special occasion dresses need alteration 99% of the time. These dresses are made following a standard chart of measurements and height.

Product color may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings.

We currently only accept orders from Canada and the United States. For order outside of Canada, you are responsible for any duties & taxes incurred.
